The story ~
After Setsuna find new world for the ELS, the ELS suddenly begone travelling from Earth to their destination.
It was a sad moment because ELS must be remove from living cells who where contaminated with ELS.
It was a tragedy because the ELS just suddenly separate from humanity, a lot of people perished and a lot of debris are fallen to Earth, humanity is back but its back with disaster, then greed come back. Superiority and Inferiority to the people is back because they do not know what to do without the ELS, the ELS help humanity polish the civilization but after they left humans it was a disaster. The people blamed Setsuna was the cause of this great tragedy because why he returns to Earth. Setsuna's ELS was remove and he constantly struggle for survival, good thing there are stems cell treatment from GN Drives.

Innovator Tieria Erde gathered Setsuna, Lockon's Daughter, and Allelujah's Son. Tieria told them that he discovered the secret of Veda. He already studied 10yrs ago and did a special research, Aeolia's AI was at Jupiter, inside the Jupiter and there is no way to go inside except for Aeolia's Gundam hidden at the Jupiter moon Titans.
While Tieria Erde was discussing, the people hack the system and found out that Tieria is a traitor helping Setsuna. Then human's conclude that innovators are not trusted, Setsuna is innovator and they think they are going to destroy humanity once more.
2 new GN Drives arrived in Earth from Jupiter, the celestial being took as a secret sorte.
The second new GN Drives arrived in a different location at Earth from Jupiter then human's noticed that their was a GN Drives delivery from Jupiter.
People are now thinking to invade Jupiter, and check why the GN Drives was delivered from there. Is there someone in Jupiter? Why the Innovators are taking it from us.
Jupiter has a big factory that was manage by AI robots. Human cells cannot survive due to the gravity of Jupiter planet. Tieria Erde said that they must protect the perfect GN Drive because that is the source of the innovators. If the perfect GN Drive is destroyed, Aeolia cannot afford to make another one, it was a compress and dense star, and it's very rare to find in the Universe. The ELS was digging Jupiter many times but they cannot reach the perfect GN Drive that is why Aeolia lured them to Earth.
The space pirate started and a lot of new Gundam with GN drives developed. The war between Innovators and Humans started. The great conflict started.
Setsuna is back for his Quanta Unlimited, with 7 Micro GN drives only 2 are operating. 5 GN drives are broken after consuming Quanta drive. Quanta drive is risky and phenomenal 0.001% success rate when doing hyper drive.
The Sumeragi deep space voyage is back by teleporting itself back to Earth due to ELS, after ELS beginning dispatching in their ship, and their location was at Uranus. Rescue mission was impossible due to limited time.
Setsuna tried to quantize his Quanta Unlimited to Uranus, but Tiera Erde suddenly got hack by Aeolia's AI and told Setsuna quantize is not perfect, you need the Perfect GN Drive for you to rescue Sumeragi, Tiera Erde was a Aeolia's AI and teach Setsuna on how to get inside into Jupiter.
Jupiter is heavily guarded by pirates and pure humans. They do not want innovators to go what is inside even setsuna use GN Drives to let them understand the situation.
Setsuna punch through inside and the war started, Setsuna got stunned and realized that what he did was wrong, Alleluja's Son and Lock On's daughter are defending Tieria Spaceship, they let Setsuna go to Jupiter while Tieria (Aeolia's AI) is searching Aeolia's Gunda.
Setsuna is fighting the AI and the Humans, Aeolia's AI cannot control the AI's because it was override after his death at the Moon.
Setsuna was quantize again and again by massive gravity pull.. Good thing Tieria's AI is still in Quanta's computer, Tieria's help Setsuna to gather the data but the data was so massive... Setsuna cannot go deep where he saw the Perfect GN Drive. The GN Drive talks, who are you? Setsuna said i'm Ibrahim. The perfect GN Drive said im a AI build by Aeolia's, I'm waiting for Aeolia's arrival to fix this GN Drive. Setsuna said, Aeolia's is dead. Then suddenly the Perfect GN Drive got mad and enrage firing lasers anywhere. Setsuna try to escape, but the massive gravity is so strong that his Gundam is pulled back. Perfect GN Drive said i noticed that you have the GN Drive built which i cannot identify. Perfect GN Drive suddenly quantized above Jupiters space, the pirate and humans saw them and firing at them. Perfect GN Drive retaliate and Setsuna is trying to defend both size, but Setsuna cannot stop the fight. Then suddenly.... a big blast from above, Aeolias Gundam arrives. And bring them out of the battle field, the AI of the Perfect GNDrive merge with Tieria's, and Merge to Quanta's Unlimited. Then Tieria's is back to himself.
The human's is trying to quantize which their own system and a lot of people perished and died due to failure.
Setsuna and the celestial Being Quantize using the Perfect GN Drive. After they Quantized they saw the history of every of the battle from season 1 to season 2 to trailblazer... After they reach the destination, they rescue the Sumeragi spaceship. Aeolias then shot Setsuna, and Tierde, Setsuna was hit in the arm and Tierde at the foot, Allelujah's son and Lockon daughter hides. Then Aeolias took the Perfect GN Drive and his Gundam. Then he took Sumeragi's core which is the Universe map. Aeolias vanish in space by teleporting. After Aeolia's left, they rescue the survivors from Sumeragi but the survivor said, why they come back because ELS hack Aeolia's AI and has the plan to drop the Celestrial Being Mothership. ELS are still our enemy, the ELS hack Aeolia's and took the perfect GN Drive....
