(Updated 10:11) A Cebu Pacific aircraft skidded off the runway of the Francisco Bangoy International Airport in Davao on Sunday night, the airline's spokesperson said. The airplane "veered off the runway after it took off," forcing the aircraft to land again, Cebu Pacific's spokesperson, Candice Iyog,

I always fly with Cebupacific A320 and I notice after touchdown that when the nose wheel touches the tarmac the aircraft shifted to the left and right very quickly and I don’t know if Steering Tillers do that.

I notice in the picture that the reverse thrust is on full, spoiler up and flaps full.

If hydroplaning then why the airport didn't notice the heavy rain fall down and wind, why the air control tower didn't know? Where’s PAGASA? :)

A320 is the safest airplane i know, most of the incidents are weather problem and not the aircraft itself.
